In addition to the traditional real estate services we provide, I am also trained to help home sellers and buyers with home sales that involve short sales negotiations with banks. The short sale is designed to help sellers sell their homes to buyers even though they may be upside down in their home. The success of a short sale benefits both buyer and seller.
